Yes — we do all our work in your home with you present so you can ask questions and learn as we go. We want you to feel comfortable with your tech, not just have someone fix it and leave.
We'll do everything we can to resolve your issue during the visit. If it needs more time, we'll schedule a follow-up. We won't leave you hanging or charge you for work that wasn't completed.

Your very first appointment with Boomer Tech is just $5 for the first hour — no strings attached. It's our way of letting you try us out risk-free. After that, standard or advanced rates apply depending on the type of help needed.
Standard ($10–15/hr) covers everyday tasks like phone help, email, basic computer issues, and streaming setup. Advanced ($20–25/hr) applies to more complex work like home network configuration, multi-device setups, or in-depth troubleshooting. We'll always be upfront before we start. During our Summer Sale, Standard is just $5–10/hr (was $10–15) and Advanced is $15–20/hr (was $20–25). Standard covers everyday tasks — phone help, email, computer issues, streaming. Advanced covers more complex work like network configuration or multi-device setups. We'll always confirm the rate before we start.
